អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិមេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១១:០០នាទីព្រឹក នៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិជាំ-សាង៊ាំ ស្រុកអន្លង់វែង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ កម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ថៃ បានជួបប្រជុំក្រៅផ្លូវការរបស់ក្រុមលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC)។ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី និត ណារ៉ុង ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន (RBC) ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងគណៈប្រតិភូថៃដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី អាម យុទ្ធស៊ុនថន ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន (RBC ) ភាគីថៃ។
ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រៅផ្លូវការនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាអំពីការបន្តជំរុញការអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវខ្លឹមសារនៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងនោះរួមទាំងការងារសម្របសម្រួលប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានានាឈានទៅកសាងទំនុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានលើកឡើងអំពីបញ្ហាមួយចំនួនដែលបានកើតឡើងនាពេលថ្មីនេះៗ ដែលទាមទារឱ្យមានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ហើយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីភាពចាំបាច់ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរត្រូវពិភាក្សាគ្នាស្វែងរកមធ្យោបាយដោះស្រាយឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងទាន់ពេលវេលា។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជានៅតែបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ស្មោះត្រង់ សុចរិតក្នុងការគោរព និងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងពេញលេញ និងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួនបំផុតសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងវិញឆាប់រហ័ស និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាព សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពយូរអង្វែង។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, as well as members of national and international media, as follows:
On October 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Choam–Sa Ngam International Border Checkpoint, Anlong Veng District, Oddar Meanchey Province, Cambodia’s Military Region 4 and Thailand’s Army Area 2 held an informal meeting of the Secretariats of the Cambodia–Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC). The Cambodian delegation was led by Brigadier General Nith Narong, Head of the Cambodian RBC Secretariat; the Thai delegation was led by Major General Am Yutthasunthon, Head of the Thai RBC Secretariat.
During this informal meeting, both sides discussed the continued efforts to promote the full and effective implementation of the provisions of the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), dated December 27, 2025, including operational coordination and the resolution of various issues with a view to building mutual trust. The Cambodian side also raised several recent issues requiring attention and emphasized the need for both sides to discuss ways to address these issues more effectively and in a timely manner.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm their firm and sincere commitment, in good faith, to fully and strictly respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC), dated December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, dated October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements to achieve a swift improvement of the situation and restore normalcy, peace and long-lasting stability.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
